### Description

Real-time integrity verification for OpenClaw agents and skills.

### Required

At least one of: **current_skill_hash**, **skill_identifier**

### Statuses

- **SECURE**: Hash matches verified clean version, score >= 80  
- **CAUTION**: Hash matches but score 50-79 (medium risk)  
- **DENIED**: Hash matches but score < 50 (critical findings)  
- **UNVERIFIED**: Hash does NOT match any known version (possible tampering)  
- **PENDING_RESCAN**: Code has been updated, awaiting new scan  
- **UNKNOWN**: Skill not found in our database

### Rate Limit

100 requests/minute per IP
