Statuses
- SECURE: Hash matches verified clean version, score >= 80
- CAUTION: Hash matches but score 50-79 (medium risk)
- DENIED: Hash matches but score < 50 (critical findings)
- UNVERIFIED: Hash does NOT match any known version (possible tampering)
- PENDING_RESCAN: Code has been updated, awaiting new scan
- UNKNOWN: Skill not found in our database
